March 13, 1954 - August 31, 2014 Annie Cooper Young of Arvada, Colorado passed away August 31, 2014. She was 60 years old. Annie was born on March 13, 1954 in Clarendon, Arkansas to Ureal “Raymond” Cooper and Desola Brown. She was preceded by both parents and her sister, Linda Brown. She is survived by her spouse of 16 years, Roderick Thomas Brown, brothers; Phillip Cooper, Jerome Cooper, Lewis Brown, Herod Myke Brown, Charles Brown, Robert Brown and Curtis Brown, and sisters; Billie Ruth Cooper, Pauline Wiley, Janice Brown, Ruby Brown and Sandra Kay Brown. Annie will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Annie was a huge Broncos fan, and enjoyed fishing. For 28 years she had a nurturing soul in the manner that she cared for her patients at Cambridge Care Center and Sierra Health Care. Also, Annie showed concern for the youth and adults by volunteering at the Eastside Tennis Association for many years. Services will be held at United Church of Montbello, 4879 Crown Blvd. Denver, CO 80239, Saturday September 27, 2014, 11:00am. All are invited to the Repass, following services at the church.
