Born to George and Carrie Brown, on April 17, 1924 in Crystal Springs, MS. Annie B. was the 5th of 6 children born to his union. She grew up and attended school in Crystal Springs, MS. Annie B. met and married the love of her life, Homer McGowan in Feb. of 1943. They were married for 69 years prior to his death in 2012. Annie and Mac (Homer McGowan) traveled and finally settled in Denver, CO after he left the U.S. Army Air Corps. Annie B. leaves in mourning one sister, Mary A. Jackson of Cleveland, OH (Other siblings preceded her in death). Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Annie B. We Will All Miss You!
