Born February 5, 1948. Annette passed away peacefully on November 25, 2015, after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Kenneth, daughters Hailie Gutierrez, Kimberly Salazar and sons, Troy Salazar, Gordon Salazar. She was preceded in death by her identical twin sister Suzette. Annette was a very loving and generous wife, mother and grandmother. She is also survived by her brother, John Johnston and sister, Clairice Chapelle. She will be missed by all. Funeral Services will be held at the Crossroads Chapel 9901 W. 50th Ave. Wheat Ridge, Thursday, December 3rd. at 11:00 AM. Interment at Fort Logan Following services at 1:15 PM. Staging area # C
