January 20, 1939 - January 1, 2014 Ann Marjorie Wood, age 74, of Greeley, Colorado passed away Wednesday January 01, 2014 at her home in Greeley Colorado. Ann was born January 20, 1939 at the Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York to Hubert Charles Benson and Marguerite Amelia Morrison Benson, one of six children. Ann married Robert Wood on July 21, 1956 in Sempronious, New York. To this union eight children were born. Ann and Robert made their home in Cortland, New York where Ann raised a family. Ann and Robert moved to Colorado in 1978. Following Robert's death in 1980 Ann worked as a convent store tech from 1980 to 1999. Ann then moved to Joplin, Missouri where she was a member of the Christian Church. She was the Treasure and taught Sunday school. Ann moved back to Colorado in 2009, to be closer to her children who she loved so very much. Ann was preceded in death by her parents Hubert and Marguerite, her husband Robert, son Robert Jr. Daughters Rita and Denise Granddaughters Jennifer and Serenity sisters Virginia and Audrey. Ann is survived by her children whom she loved very much. Deborah and David Zimmerman, John and Kitty Wood, Dan and Jennifer Wood, Donna and Roy Hamacher, Kelly Easley all of Colorado, Grandchildren Robert Jr ll, Robbie, Pamala, Mary, Megan, Joshua, Nathaniel, Leah, Ashley, Marshal, Scott, Richard, John, Lindsey, May, Kurt, Lisa, Kimberly, Dustin, Donavan, Amanda, Thomas, Larisa, Mitchell, Great-Grandchildren 34 and counting, three brothers and their spouses, Chuck and Susan Benson, John and Tefsoko Benson, Harold and Nancy Benson and numerous nieces and nephews.
