Angela Scala born November 30, 1941, died March 9, 2017 at home in Broomfield with her wife and sister at her side. Angela was an elementary teacher on Long Island for more than 30 years before retiring and moving to Colorado in 1997. She was an avid bird watcher, active in her church and the organization Northern Colorado OLOC. She leaves behind her wife Cindy Bear, her sister Sarah Kuyper, her brother Anthony and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial service will be March 16, 2017, at 10:30AM at Church of the Beloved, 10500 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233, which meets in the Northglenn UCC. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Church of the Beloved.
