June 16, 1946 - July 6, 2014 Alva Lee Baldwin 68 of Golden, CO. Born in Wray, Colorado on June 16th, 1946. Passed away peacefully on July 6th, 2014. Alva grew up in Wray and graduated from the Brush public schools in 1965. Joined the U.S. Air Force on February 8, 1966 and was honorably discharged in December of 1971. He is survived by his children Zach (Julie) Baldwin Halpenny, Kadie (Jed) Treaster, Tyrell and Brigg Baldwin. Grandchildren Dakota Baldwin Halpenny, Cheyanne Baldwin Halpenny and Shelby Treaster. Also survived by his sister Peggy Machamer, nieces Courtney (Travis) Allen, Erin (Mark) Monroe, Kathleen (John) Machamer and nephew Craig (Batima) Machamer. Military Honors will be rendered Thursday 1:30pm at Fort Logan National Cemetery Area B
