Alice Romero

February 26, 1922 - May 17, 2015 Dear Family and Friends, On May 17th, 2015 our beautiful Mother and Grandmother, Alice Romero, left this earth to join her husband and son, Joe Romero and Dennis Romero, in eternal life. During her final hours she was surrounded with the love and comfort of her children and grandchildren. She touched the hearts of everyone she knew and made friends with nearly everyone she met. She was a strong woman full of talent, wisdom, and unconditional love. She devoted her life to raising a family of eight children: Jake, Jesse, Dennis, Jean, Arlene, Nancy, Doris, and Denise. The love of her family continued to grow around her with the addition of 18 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. She lived a long and healthy life up until a couple months before she passed at the age of 93. Alice leaves behind a great legacy filled with funny stories and life lessons. Her passing has left a hole in our hearts that can never be filled and she will be forever missed. Come and gather amongst her family and friends as we celebrate her incredible life. Grandma would not want to see us sad so on this day we will share in all of the fond memories we have of her. “Grieve not, nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk of me as if I were beside you. Ave.  in Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033  followed by a memorial service at 11:30am A reception will be held at Wheat Ridge Recreation Center where food will be served at 1:00pm
