Alan James Whitesel

Alan James Whitesel of Thornton, Colorado died unexpectedly in Thornton, CO on 7-18-2016 at the age of 47.Alan Whitesel is survived by his Mother, Charlotte Whitesel of Englewood CO; His wife Susan Whitesel of 27 years; Children Justin And Tyler Whitesel; Brother Ross Whitesel. Alan Whitesel was born on October 7, 1968 in Denver Colorado to William & Charlotte Whitesel. Alan Whitesel began working for the U.S.Postal Service as a Letter Carrier for over 18 years. He was an accomplished automotive mechanic, handyman, prankster and could accomplish anything he set his mind to. Whenever the moment presented itself Alan extended his unconditional generosity and love to helping anyone in need touching many lives. Alan was an individual who loved the outdoors and who was passionate about helping others and loving his family first and foremost. A funeral is scheduled for Monday, July 25, at 7 p.m. at Northern Hills Church at 5061 E 160th Ave, Brighton CO 80602. There will be no burial service nor reception to follow. Minister Buddy Fricke will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Alan Whitesel's life.
